Day 15: "Kill 'Em All" (2017)

30 Damme Movies in 30 Damme Days

The 15th Damme Day:

"Kill 'Em All" (2017)

This one was good, but not great. The story was ok, but I felt like I was watching a movie of a 64 bit video game where the hero has to clear each level of henchmen and then move up to the next level, making his way to the big boss.

That's how this played out with JCVD literally going floor to floor through an abandoned hospital taking out bad guys. It was a little boring at times. He would hide in a room, then in a closet, then behind a desk, then run down a hall and fight some people, then up to the next level, and back into a room, behind a deck, etc.
He was trying to make his way to the 5th floor to literally defeat the big boss. Lol. I did enjoy it. It had some good action scenes here and there and a few nice twists. The back story was a little deep.
Van Damme is an assassin who infiltrated a criminal organization only to someday kill his boss who killed JCVD's father 30 years prior. It co-stars Autumn Reeser from "entourage" and "The O.C.". JCVD's son, Kris, also has a role in this film.

Not the best JCVD movie, but you should check it out none the less. Let me know what you think.
I give it a 4 out of 10.

I'll catch you on my next Damme review!
